While the design of this site stays deceptively simple (to illustrate the values of its author, like resilience), the content is where it shines. A vast personal wiki of handcrafted pages, with poetic illustrations, quotes, explanations and backlinks. Interesting one to get lost in.

Beyond how cool I find the skeumorphic journal design, I also love that it matches how personal of a site it is. I’ve loved to dive into their favorite concerts, the quirks of their dogs and their latest rants but also deep knowledge and fan dives 😀

I really like his style but more particularly what grabs me every time is his treatment of light, reflection and refractions. He has such a beautiful way to capture reality with a dreamlike quality to his brush.
